Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
During busy periods, product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.

The price you see at checkout is the final amount you pay for your order. NERRA does not charge any additional taxes or duties after checkout.
Tracking Your Order
When tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email after your order has shipped.
Please allow a few business days for tracking information to update, especially while the parcel is moving between carriers.
