What are NERRA Active grip socks made for?
Our grip socks are designed for Pilates, barre, yoga, reformer classes, and controlled studio movement. They are also comfortable enough for everyday wear at home or on slow studio days.

Five-toe grip socks separate each toe, helping your toes move more naturally and giving a more connected feel with the mat.
