Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident with your NERRA order. If something is not quite right, please contact us and we will help you through the return process.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

After your return request is approved, the item should be sent back within 14 days.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Requirement Details
Unworn Items must not have been worn or used
Unwashed Items must not have been washed
Clean and undamaged Items must be free from marks, scents, hair, lint, or signs of wear
In original packaging Items should be returned with original packaging, tags, and any hygiene seal where applicable

Grip socks are close-contact personal items. For hygiene reasons, we can only accept change-of-mind returns if the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging.

Where an item is supplied in sealed hygiene packaging, opened items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Worn or washed socks
  • Items with marks, scents, hair, lint, or signs of use
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items with removed or broken hygiene seals, where applicable
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items, where clearly marked
  • Items returned without prior approval

How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item you would like to return
  • The reason for your return
  • Photos, if the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect

Once your return request has been reviewed, we will send you return instructions.

Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions from us, as the return address may differ depending on your location and order details.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us with clear photos and your order number. We will review the issue and help arrange a suitable solution.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank, card provider, or payment service to process the refund.

Original standard shipping costs may be refunded where required by applicable law. Express, priority, or upgraded shipping fees are not refundable beyond the standard shipping cost.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different style, size, or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
